I strongly advise travelers to avoid this property. What should have been a routine stay turned into a logistical nightmare due to the sheer indifference of the management and staff. Due to a third-party booking error, our initial three-night reservation for a double-bed room (two adults, two children) was incorrectly split. After resolving the first night, I spoke with the front desk multiple times the following morning. I received an explicit guarantee that a double-bed room was secured and ready for our second night. Despite these assurances, we returned from a full day at Zoo Miami with two exhausted children only to be told that no double rooms were available. We were forced into a single-bed room, rendering our sleeping arrangements impossible. The core issues were: • Lack of Accountability: The staff was dismissive and displayed a complete lack of urgency regarding their own scheduling error. • Broken Promises: A "guaranteed" room was given away, showing a failure in their internal communication and reservation system. • Poor Professionalism: The demeanor of the staff was cold and entirely unhelpful. I have been a loyal Hilton customer for over 20 years. This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had within the Hilton portfolio. I deeply regret choosing this location and will be elevating this matter to corporate.

The front counter staff was not accommodating at all. We arrived before check in time of 3.00 pm. I put my name down too let us know if the rooms get ready early, since our red eye flight arrived at 8.0 am. The women said well , we are full so you will have to just wait. We were first on the list, she did not contact us as the rooms got ready. Was short eith us when asked . Will not stay here ever again

La propiedad necesita mejorar. Solo funcionaba un elevador y era bastante tardado. Muchos usaban las gradas por este motivo. No había suficiente personal y cuando pedía algo que hacía falta en la habitación se les olvidaba y siempre decían que eran porque estaban solos. Igual la limpieza, no se percataban si había suficiente shampoo o si faltaba café. No fue la mejor experiencia.
