"Stay with multiple issues the hotel failed to resolve. In the first room I was assigned, the air conditioning broke down as soon as I walked in. They moved me to a second room, but there I found burnt-out lights and an A/C unit that was constantly leaking water. I reported the problems, but they were never able to fix them during my stay. I understand that things can break, but I expected at least the second room to be in proper condition, or for the hotel’s response to be more effective. For the price paid and what is advertised, the experience fell short. I would not recommend this hotel until they improve room maintenance and their ability to respond to guest complaints."
