"Very nice hotel"

"The room is small but it reflects on the pricing, so no complaint. It’s near the JR station but walking distance 10mins to the train & metro, so it’s not that convenient to us. Staff was helpful for checkin in unless it’s e-check in but a lot guests at 3pm, suggests to check in at 4pm that would be less people around. "

"I booked this hotel due to the vicinity of Kansai Airport, wow what a gem, we only stayed one night and had to be off for 5:55am, of which a coach transfer was included. I don’t know what star it is but 5 stars ain’t enough, the train station is beside the hotel, close proximity to a shopping complex. First time in JAPAN but what a country, cleanliness, culture and mannerisms second to none …..the UK could well do with taking a leaf out of this book. I was Very impressed."
