Unfortunately, I accidentally booked a smoking room while traveling with my child. I went to the reception three times to ask if it was possible to change to a non-smoking room, but the staff were not willing to change to a non-smoking room.
What annoyed me the most was the breakfast. You can no longer order after 9:30 a.m., which is very early. If you arrive around 9:00 a.m., you have to rush to get your food before breakfast closes. I think the breakfast hours should be extended a bit later."
