"Japan hospitality is just perfect. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. This hotel is located right next to JR Osaka Station. There are everything you need and not need within 15 mins walking distance. Cannot ask for anything more."

"Located right next to a train (Kitahama) station, so getting to and from the hotel was very convenient. Loved the bar area as they had a live DJ there for the three nights that I stayed. The room was spacious and just enough space for myself and my sister. Checked in rather late (after 11pm) and the staff was great. Made it quick and easy, less than 5 minutes. Check out was completed via the self service kiosk and took no more than 5 minutes. Would definitely stay there again. "

"We can use limousine bus from KIX Airport to OCAT Numba 1,300¥ and then call taxi to Nikko Hotel Osaka about 1,800¥. The location is very good. Staff very good. If I go to Osaka in the future, i have to stay at this hotel again."
