Rooms was on the larger side for Tokyo. Staff who checked us in said he'd upgraded us to a larger room. It was a corner room overlooking the street. Hotel is a bit weird location wise. Great location, great rooms, nice Onsen, good staff - the only thing they get wrong is the cafe (coffee) isn't open at 7/8am - it only opens at 9am but closes at 8pm (when no one is having coffee & it's empty).
