"About the only positive thing I can say for this property is that it was quiet. Also the young lady at the reception desk when we checked out, listened, was sympathetic and very polite.
Otherwise the negative points to this property overshadowed every thing else. The property was supposed to have Wi-Fi, and after checking in, there was NO Wi-Fi in our room, we returned to reception and inquired, their response was “well sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t”. "We loved our family room! Our room was perfect for our family (2 kids and 2 adults). The beds were comfy and it was so quiet. The decor throughout the hotel was beautiful. My girls loved taking the slide. Breakfast was yummy, very busy, but the restaurant is staffed well.
The location was perfect for us. It’s so easy to hop on the metro.
We were there when it was hot. It would have been nice to have a pool. We would totally stay there again. "
