Kids got water all over the floor and complained about the cold air during the shower. Otherwise, great stay. "

"The Elevator in our building was out of service for 5 days during our stay. The Valencia Restaurant has a good vibe but the service is slow. Breakfast was ok. The water park is nice and the convenience store/cafe is also nice. Internal walk from room to reception/ restaurant is not easy. could be confusing. The isle is also narrow when you have many guests using the pathway. The Room was in great condition/ Nice beds / good appliances/ washer and dryer inside"

"Staff was very nice. I Like the food options on site. Rooms were decent. Water park I give a 7 out of 10 because 1 major section was being redone during our stay so kids were limited on options, but what was open, they still enjoyed so not all was lost. We Plan on going back."
