"The food options was an issue for me at the location . Keep in mind the city walk has the best options for food. It also closes at 1am."

"I would rate this hotel a 4 out of 5 overall. There were definitely some great aspects, along with a few areas that could be improved. Pros: -Good, convenient breakfast with essentials like eggs, sausage, bagels, and cereal -Snacks and items available to purchase at any time, which was very convenient -Nice amenities including a pool, lazy river-style area, and activities like pickleball and golf -Overall a solid stay with a lot to offer Cons: -Room was very warm upon arrival and took a while to cool down -AC unit was very loud -Cleaning staff was quite loud gossiping/talking in the mornings -Shower pressure was just okay -Atmosphere didn’t always feel as upscale or relaxing as expected -Some guests’ behavior and strong odors in common areas took away from the experience Overall, it’s a solid hotel with great amenities and good food, but a few improvements in comfort and overall environment would make it even better."

"It was a great space, with food and transportation connected. Pool was nice. Downside, our room was at the farthest end of the hallway which was the farthest from the elevator. Sometimes it was just ridiculous, especially after a long day at the park."

"I was in and out for 1 night only. The hotel is huge and has 3 pools I did not have time to visit. There is a restaurant/bar, coffee shop, and gift store. They offer a buffet breakfast (for a fee) until 10:30 am. Parking is $10 per night. The "amenities" I scored a 3 were a very soft mattress and a TV remote that did not line up with the guide channels. There were things I wanted to watch and could not. I let it go. I was able to get a wake up call, which I appreciated. I would definitely consider staying there again when I am in the area. I'd like to try out the pool and buffet breakfast buffet. "

"The room was so welcoming and clean, the location is very convenient to food, shopping and really anything you need. I booked for a festival and it was the perfect distance from the venue, waffle house right across the street and a nice pool to use before we left. :)) will be coming back!"

"Didn’t get to enjoy the whole thing because they were working on it so much and of course that is not in the advertisement and then the surf thing. You literally only get 30 minutes the whole time you’re there so not worth it if you asked me and then a little bit of rain they shut everything down and the staff was so happy about it kind of rude. If you ask me as soon as how were the ones spending money."

"Do not believe that they have a shuttle to the park. The departures and returns are so very limited and nearly impossible to secure. We ended up paying for Uber every day. Breakfast was a plus. Staff was very friendly. Hidden resort fee started charging at 415 am on the first night, when asked the said "oh, we'll give you a $5 dollar credit for the store" where an energy drink costs $8+. Just be weary, despite being less than 2 miles from Disney springs, it is not easily walkable (and I am someone who walks 2-3 miles from my hotel to Disneyland parks)"
