"My room was clean. Lobby well kept. Options for dining were good and some close by to walk to. Love the fountain outside Starbucks. Sipping away, enjoying Mother Nature:)"

"Walkable to Volcano bay, having its own resort guest entrance walkway. Having the option to do universal parks early, is nice option. Staff was friendly. There was a situation with people slipping and falling near pool area. But I observed management, brainstorming & trying to resolve the problem. Not sure if it solved the problem. But I saw they at last tried to, during my stay. Beautiful resort, retro themed. Automatic check out, didn’t need to return key cards. Cafe style dining, different options to choose from. Or easy shuttle bus option to city walk, to get other food options. I drove, parking had a fee. But was still easy to leave resort & do other things in your vehicle too. I’d highly recommend, & much enjoyed! "

"Very clean , properly is renovated. Staff are very nice. Rooms are big . Great location near Disney springs and all the parks. Pool is very clean and large. Kids area well clean. Arcades . Free food free breakfast free alcohol drinks 530pm to 730pm. Christian was very nice , he was very helpful with late check out. If you are looking to stay near Disney parks , choose this hotel. I highly recommend it , and I will definitely be back. "

"Not a fan of the grab and go breakfast options. Way over priced to add Carmel into coffee. Getting old and it shows but still really clean and comfortable. Would stay again. Loved that they had a DJ on Thursday and Saturday. "
