Best family vacation

This was perfect! 6 adults 1 child. All the comforts of home in our unit. Nobody complained about anything. Excellent response time with a slow drain. I called he came. Wonderful stay.

I booked at Kissimmee close to universal or Disney but they give me a 40 mins away from the attractions. And Theres non refundable $89 that it DIDNT mention when I booked. I’m not going to booked again in this property

Great house for a family vacation

The house was clean, well kept, and a great layout for our family vacation. If you book and want the pool heated make sure you let them know ahead of time. It cost extra which is understandable. They were able to get the pool heat turned on as soon as I called and the kids had a great time in the pool. I will definitely stay here again.

Other than the blinds falling off every so often when you were opening and closing doors and windows everything was fantastic! We need to do a later check out and the staff was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again

Four bedroom with private pool rental

The home overal was in good condition.Yet I needed to reach someone over the weekend , in order to rent a crib. There was no one available to assist me . I had to buy a play pin which was a bit frustrating. The beds were so uncomfortable that all of us woke up with sever bad pain. I had a visit from a family member who lives in Tampa , so I wanted her and her husband to sleep over . There was a safe bed available which was great! So I thought when we pulled the bed out the bottom half of the bed had no frame , causing the lower half of there body to have no support. And they had to sleep on the floor . The pool area was great! The home overall is good and I will return. I just hope these things will no longer be an issue.

Perfect Setup For A Family on Vacation

The house was perfect for a family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils. The washer/dryer was a huge perk. The bedroom and bathroom layout was great for privacy, and the pool was perfect for resting after doing the daily theme park marathons.

The house looks nothing like shown. The pool Florida room was flirty. We has to buy cleaning products to clean inside the home. The emergency service line person was rude and would not fix things until Monday even though it was Saturday. The bathroom tub water would flood the floor when you turned it on because somebody stuck 4 filters in the faucet. The toliets would not flush and had to plug those multiple times during my stay. I would not recommend this property and we have stayed at better homes.

The house was a little outside the 20 minutes from Disney parks that we were told it would be and that was before all the traffic we regularly ran into. It was also not really clean. I contacted them and asked that it be cleaned the next morning and they said it was but it was in the same state as before. I ended up buying Clorox wipes and giving the bathrooms and kitchen a quick cleaning. It definitely needed it, plenty of stray hairs in various places. But the house smelled like they cleaned it, I think they just did it themselves and did a bad job. The kitchen was minimally stocked. There was no dish soap or laundry detergent even though we were expected to wash towels if 5 people used more than one load of towels in a week. Didn’t love the place, but it was spacious and it was tolerable after I cleaned it myself. Oh and at check in we had to drive 20 minutes out of the way to pick up a code that would unlock a lock box at that house. Talk about inconvenient!

Las casas estan en exelente estado. Mejor dicho nueva. Pero un poco lejos de todo a 30 minutos de Disney world. Pero muy comoda y nueva y sobretodo en un lugar tranquilo. Si volvería.

Family Vacay

Although I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews. We had a great experience. The home was very clean, decorated very nicely and close enough to Disney and Legoland. The private pool was awesome and the gated neighborhood was nice. After waiting in line most of the day at the parks it was great to be able to relax in our own private space. We didn't have any issues and look forward to using them again!
