The House Isnā€™t What It Looks

We arrived on June 18, 2021 to the following issues, outside in front the door was dirty, the Internet wasnā€™t working at all I emailed and called the Office the gentleman was rude and had a nasty attitude, Spectrum didnā€™t come fix it until Monday, the walls is dirty, the refrigerator wasnā€™t getting cold and we had our food in it. The long countertop in the kitchen over the sink is broken and lifting up. The rug in the living room was filthy, underneath the sofa was trash and a girls dress, found a dirty towel in the Minnie Mouse room, in the Master suite the ceiling vent was caked with dust, found a candy bag with candy in the rail and a juice pouch behind nightstand , the bunk beds were shaky, we found a child white jellybean shoe in the bottom of the pool. The game system controller is missing so bring your own. We had a great time as a Family because we were all together but this house isnā€™t anything like you see online, this house isnā€™t being maintained and cleaned properly, I sent an email and Anyone has yet to Email or Call me, Iā€™ll NEVER rent from ACO Vacation Homes again!

Some items didnā€™t work

The home was beautiful, enjoyed the pool but the dryer didnā€™t work well took a whole day to dry , deck was dirty with tree branches, couldnā€™t us grill it was broke the gas lines were broke, the TVs wouldnā€™t work for a while had to call to get things replaced, not enough pots and pans , no mop. Other than that my family enjoyed themselves.

I love the fact that it was plenty of room.. but there was no a/c up stairs so it was 87 degrees(this was fixed later that night), blood stains on the bed, broken chair in the game room, and no cable tv. I was highly disappointed with the experience. I reached out to the property management company to request a move and was told I would lose my money and have to pay for a new home. I requested a manager several times and was never granted. Needless to say I will be speaking with my credit card company to see if I have any recourse.

Very spacious rooms and nice kitchen and living room. One of the bathrooms has an awesome shower with a waterfall shower head. Our only disappointment was that there was no house manual to tell us when to put out the garbage, that we needed to supply our own dish soap, garbage bags, extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc.

The property was dirty, the AC vents in every room where disgusting, the kitchen counter could fall at any time, the walls where dirty and half painted, spider webs in hallways. Tried calling ACO the property management company with no luck (even the "emergency" number), sent an email with pictures and all I got was sorry for the enconvineance. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMEND IT TO ANYONE.

1st time booking a house with hotel.com didnā€™t know what to expect but very Efficient on paper work please check junk mail due to my mistake of not checking it on time but the were very understanding. the house is awesome and spacious plus 10-20 min tops to all the Disney theme park. A lot to do in so little time. Kids love all the room with theme characters. Very very happy

House was beautiful and clean loved everything about it ! Only thing I was a bit disappointed in was the WiFi it never worked I called ACO to come have it fixed and was told a technician would come and no one came .

I liked the space in the rooms and all the beds but I did not like the fact that we could not get in the house at the time of arrival and also the lights in the pool did not turn on. There was a dirty towel left on one of the bathrooms and one doorknob was broken which I did report to the office and also the ice maker in the fridge didnā€™t work. Not a very good first experience at this property!

Nasty roaches and lack of consideration

Roach infestation. No dish soap nor dish sponge provided. Dirty bed sheets and dirty comforter. Hotels.com ā€œcould notā€ do anything about the situation because the property managers office was closed. Amazing enough hotels.com which provides hotels to their customers, could not accommodate my family at another hotel and my baby and small children and family had no choice but to stay and be subjected to these utterly disgusting conditions. Have plenty of pictures of the roaches in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom but I somehow exceeded the size limit with just 3 pictures.

My stay was nice. But with anything there are pros and cons. The house was nice. But there was things broken and the a/c was being controlled by someone at the office. Kept bring the temperature up to 75 making it hot. Calling them past a certain time doesnā€™t get you nowhere. You have to email them about everything. The lady Michelle in the office is a nightmare to deal with. You canā€™t speak to a manager. They want you to inform the of the house conditions instead of someone inspecting the house if not they will blame you for it. You have to pay for the hot tub to be heated instead of it being included. If it wasnā€™t for the craziness I. The office it would have been a very good experience.

Place was excellent - communication not so

8 of us stayed with ACO at Veranda Palms, Orlando. This 7 bedroom house was beautiful and new. When you arrive, you have to go shopping very soon to buy toilet rolls, dishwasher/washing machine tablets etc. It would be nice if they did a welcome pack. Weā€™ve traveled with these kind of agencies quite a few times and this was the first time with this agency. There is a late checkout available but they wanted $275 for a few hours which I thought was extortionate. All in all, a fantastic time. Please ACO, give your clients a welcome call after a couple of days.

Unfortunetly we had to share our whole week with ants that were all over the house even upstairs. They were in all the bathrooms bedrooms kitchen dining table and porch!!!! The fridge wasnt cooling enouph. There were bedrooms with light bulbs not working. Dressers dusty with crumbs from previous renters. Batteries for half the tvs missing. Carpet was stained and dirty. The back porch door did not fully close properly and was very diffucult to open and close it and the screen door was completly ripped and hanging.The worse part of thr stay was a leak from the celing in the main floor bathroom. We sent emails called them to complain and all they did was send someone who put the missing batteries in the controls and that was it. Nothing got fixed and no response from them not even an appology for the invonvinince!!!!

house needs painting on inside walls are dirty and carpets need a deep cleaning they are stained. pool lights dont work and french door screens are torn. games in the game room are in extremely poor shape and need to be replaced.beware once you book there is a $204.00 cleaning fee and you must pay to use hot tube and also 70.00 to use bbq.they also ask you to send copies of your personal info and pic of you holding it or refuse to give you gate and door code. ACO- property management employees are rude and nasty . will never stay here again

Dream Vacation.

Word to the wise, it rains everyday in FL. That being said the house was so beautiful we were okay with staying inside of relaxing in the pool. The house has almost everything you need for your stay. I would advise you to bring wash cloths the towels were provied but not the wash cloths.
