"The room was exactly what we needed. It was very helpful getting in to universal an hour early. In the staff was so incredibly friendly helpful when we checked in. I also ended up leaving my glasses in the room when we left for the park, but I called back and they had them waiting for me at the security desk when I returned from the park. I would definitely stay here again."

"Very nice set up. There was a terrible chemical smell that never went away. We notified the maintenance guy and he smelled it too but nothing was ever done about it. Gave everyone headaches. We stayed for four days.....it never went away."
