Top Orland Hotel Reviews
Orland Inn
8/10 Good
"We requested a handicap access room. However none of these room have walk in showers. They only have tubs. The tubs should be removed at least for a proper ADA compliant type room."
Best Western Heritage Inn - Chico
8/10 Good
"This is a budget hotel, and one of the best one in the neighborhood where it is located compared to the other budget hotels. The room was quiet. It is set back off of Cohasset and the freeway, so you do not hear the noise from the street. Ample parking and friendly staff. I’ll stay here again."
Deluxe Inn Willows
10/10 Excellent
"I stayed 2 different times, 'coming' and 'going'. I had the same room which was about halfway down the inside corridor. I am 81 years old, driving an open pickup on an extended trip, needing to bring a considerable number of items inside. I was offered the use of the luggage cart on my 2nd stay which hugely facilitated moving in and out. I would suggest that the desk routinely offer the luggage cart without specific indication that it might be needed. A routine courtesy. The facility and the inside decor were very pleasant, indicative of much more expensive lodgings. Many of the dog friendly hotels have very slick floors.. either wood or ceramic tile. My service dog was much more relaxed with the extensive carpet bordering the tile entry and bathroom allowing him to move around freely around the room while accessing his food and water safely set on the tile entry foor. The AC worked well. I used mosty used it for the fan refreshing the air rather than temperature."

"Excellent customer service, rooms clean quiet place, definitely I will stay there again"
Days Inn by Wyndham Chico
8/10 Good
"Location of this property is great! I appreciate the staff who was kind and forthcoming of all the rules of the inn. Room was clean and beds were comfortable with soft pillows."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Willows by IHG
8/10 Good
"The room was a little dated with some trim around the floors in the bathroom showing a lot of aging and the refrigerator making very loud noise when it turned on. The front desk clerk was amazingly helpful and even called the room about 30 minutes after I checked in to ask if the room was OK and if I needed anything extra. Breakfast was good and the new coffee setup where the machine grinds the beans for each cup is much better than the old coffee makers in the rooms."
