4/10 Poor

"flies in Room and hallways, hot tub Down, construction going on, noisy, parking problem due to construction, no breakfast, had to Paid extra to get a room on 5th floor, got put next to the maintenance room. The Laundry Room / Ice Room and where to get sodas room, smelled like someone throw up in. Constructions going to take a year. Don't go there. The only Good thing was Mo's was part of the Hotel."

"Amazing location next to beach. Balcony - an added plus as well as a toaster, some crockery and cutlery to make eating in your room possible. Unfortunately their wifi was unreliable at times. I did not like their $100 fine if you leave your dogs in your room unattended - have not come across that policy before."

"The door was extremely challenging opening and closing. Looks like the metal hinge was bent. I had to lean a chair against it a night for safety and slam it shut hard to close it. One last note it smelled like wet dog. The water container was empty in the lobby. I asked for the clerk to change it since there was a jug laying next to it but she said to go into the cafe and ask for water. The guy said well our water doesn’t taste as good. I asked for a cup anyway. Also when I asked for decafe in the morning per the signage I was told to go to the cafe and ask them. They seemed puzzled but did it. Other than that it was a nice room."

10/10 Excellent

"This is hands down the best customer service experience I have had in a while. The ladies up front went above and beyond for my family. It also was such a nice hotel. Very clean and it smelled nice. The beds were super comfortable!"
