"I've stayed in Premier Inns before, such as one in London in the Blackfriars area and the one at Heathrow. Both of them were good, clean hotels. But this one in Reading was a major disappointment. One final note: beware of the taxi company that has a contract with this hotel. I had an incompetent driver who couldn't figure out where my destination was. I also could not see a meter anywhere on his dashboard, which I believe is a licensing offence. "
