Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation.

The rooms large, immaculate and comfortable. Can we talk about location…perfect if you want to jump on a train to visit anywhere in England (which we did).
