"Music was blasting all evening and night, allowing for little sleep, and the front desk couldn't be reached. In addition, the bathroom ceiling had a gaping hole, and the vent was covered in a thick layer of dust. I was also disappointed to learn that breakfast was pushed to 7 a.m. "

"The staff was Great , I purchased breakfast and it was great as well . The bed was really comfortable. My husband loved the balcony out back and easy access to the pool. Parked was safe and locked location to family was a plus "

"I will not be staying at this location again: -poor lighting in rooms -older hotel so areas in bathroom e.g., corners, tiles, grout were dirty and discolored -sink was detached from counter -ants on bathroom counter -no microwave in room -location only offers valet parking. Parked one time and then leveraged street parking for the rest of our stay, but they still tried to overcharge us for valet parking for our entire stay, despite having evidence that we exited out the car the next day and never valeted it again -room felt constantly stuffy -housekeeping was rude. Check-out was 11am. They knocked on our door at 8am. We explained that we would absolutely leave at 11am. They told us no leave in an hour, We had to make a few errands before checking out. When we left to run errands, they still against our request accessed the room and started cleaning around our stuff."

"We arrived at this hotel late after getting off a job site and immediately found bed bugs in our room after checking in. We notified the front desk, and instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee who came to the room was extremely rude and confrontational. He actually raised his voice at us over the issue. He then moved us to another room, but while there were no live bed bugs visible, there were dead bed bugs in that room as well. We were understandably uncomfortable staying there, and the employee seemed irritated that we would not accept the second room. We were told we would receive a refund, and the manager even confirmed through Hotels.com messages two days later that a refund would be issued. Despite that, the hotel has now refused to refund us. The condition of the rooms combined with the way we were treated was completely unacceptable. Do not waste your time or money staying here."
