"Located at the hilltop, the ryokan gave us serenity and calmness. I particularly loved the big terrace on the 1/F where we could see the city lights. Staff, Manager in particular, were extremely helpful. Dinner and breakfast were nice. "

"バスタブが湯を溜め、水抜きをすると、 排水溝から湯がが溢れ水浸しになった。 ドレインシステムの老朽化か、詰まりがあったのも。古い感じで染みもあり、臭いもした。 フロントにはその旨説明し、次の部屋の利用者がびっくりしないように、適切な対応をお願いしておきました。 また、チェックインの際の情報として、 Wi-Fiの説明、枕の追加、製氷器などの追加説明がなく、サービスの有効な案内がなく、残念だった。せっかくのサービスの用意が生かされなかった。"

"This hotel has rooms bigger than most typical Japanese hotels. The bed is comfortable, spacious bathroom and small kitchenette. There was car parking available and facilities are clean all around. It’s within walking distance of the hells juku and convenience stores and restaurants too. The only problem is the onsen was nonoperational when we stayed."

"My stay at Kumamoto Nest Hotel was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. I especially appreciated having breakfast available each morning. Fresh towels, a robe, and slippers were provided daily, which was a nice touch. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout my visit. Another big advantage was that everything I needed was within walking distance. This was my first visit to Japan, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay...
