The front desk, Bellman, & each team member went out of there way to explain info, provide helpful tips, & ensured we had a pleasant time. The amenities & overall hotel design is chic, modern, & aesthically pleasing. "

"This was a great location for a first trip to London. Easy access to the subway, so close to covent garden markets, and walkable to other interesting areas as well. The big red bus stop is also just outside the doors. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I would stay here again!"
