"Pool was closed. WiFi was ok. Bed was hard as a brick with only a sheet and very light blanket. Bathtub was extremely dangerous. Very slippery with tacky strips all but gone. Bathrooms need a grab bar in or around shower area. Food was beyond disgusting. "

Perfect place to stay in Gatlinburg to enjoy downtown Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains and still have more relaxing and fun things to do at the hotel, such as dipping in the hot tub and keeping warm at the fire pit. "This place isn't terrible but there are a few things that need improvement. The shower turned into a bath quickly because the drain was stopped up. The toilet was lopsided because of what appeared to be broken tile underneath. The mini fridge was hot the first day of our stay, then froze our items the second day of the stay. Parking is $15 per night of stay.The lobby smelled like there was a gas leak when we first arrived. The hallway on the sixth floor smelled very musty, but our room smelled fine. The pool is closed for repair. The positives... the staff were friendly, the room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, the location is great, the bed was comfortable."
