There are 4 floors in this hotel, in a classic square hallways design, so rooms can be pretty far from the parking lot doors, and luggage carts are very important. The management cavalier attitude about their non- return for hours and overnights, or even all day, being inside the rooms of people who used them and don't return them, is regrettable, and downright lousy management. "I needed assistance with a billing error. The operations manager, Jorge Soza was very rude and unaccommodating. Thankfully, another manager assisted him to correct the billing issue. I am not if he behaved that way because he did know how to perform the task but his behavior was unwarranted. The incident largely impacted my hotel experience. I am not happy."
