"There is absolutely no method, after over 60 nights I have spent at this hotel over the last 16 months, for keeping track of the luggage racks, and no attempt by management to simply track them. There are 4 floors in this hotel, in a classic square hallways design, so rooms can be pretty far from the parking lot doors, and luggage carts are very important. The management cavalier attitude about their non- return for hours and overnights, or even all day, being inside the rooms of people who used them and don't return them, is regrettable, and downright lousy management.
