"We had a fabulous stay. The rooms are clean and very nice. The location is close to all the sights and the staff is polite and helpful. We did not try the breakfast because we are not breakfast people but the Turkish coffee was a treat every morning and gave us the fuel to go all day. We would definitely stay here again."

"Perfect stay. Second visit to Istanbul and Sultanhan Hotel didn’t disappoint. Great location in the historic area, close to all major sights. Staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and always welcoming. Early check-in and complimentary breakfast were a nice touch. Great morning views over the historic landmarks and the Bosphorus made it even better to enjoy our breakfast. Cons.Can do with more renovated furniture. Looking forward to coming back again."

"This is a great hotel and the staff if great. I would normally give it a 5 star review but there is something that you need to be aware of as a traveler that is not disclosed on the booking site. You cannot use the pool or the spa with your significant other as the times when the men and women can use the gym and spa services are different. Women can use the services from 6 am to 8 am, men from 8 am to 3 pm and then women again from 3 pm to 8 pm. Therefore, if you are a man and you have toursist attractions to visit during 8am to 4 pm, you cannot use the gym or spa services and if you are a woman that wants to work out early, it has to be very early. We were told because this hotel follows orthodox islamic rules but these rules are very misplaced as when we went for breakfast on the top floor, out of the 6 days we went for breakfast, there was only one woman that wore the hajab (Islamic covering for women) and thus them stating that men and women had separate pool and spa times made no sense. Especially since the massage rooms were private anyway and would not have disturbed members of the other gender. I do not recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy the gym, pool, and spa services with your significant other. I would not return even though the physical facilities and the staff were great."
GLK PREMIER Sea Mansion Suites & Spa - Special Class

"I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The staff were absolutely excellent—every team member was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Even though English wasn’t their first language, they always tried their best to communicate in English, which made everything so easy and smooth. A special thank you to the receptionist at the front desk of the GLK PREMIER Sea Mansion Suites his name was Shahi (or something very similar), and he was exceptionally polite, helpful, and professional throughout our entire stay. The room itself was one of the highlights: it was spacious, very clean, and well maintained. The only small downside was the lighting there were only table lamps provided so the room felt quite dim and dark especially in the evenings. Brighter main lights would make a big difference here. The location is unbeatable! It’s just a 3-minute walk from the Blue Mosque (Ahmed Pasha Mosque), right in the heart of all the key sights. You really can’t get a better spot for exploringu."

"The hotel is within easy walking distance of everything you need, was clean and comfortable for a short break. Staff were lovely and helpful, and always someone around to help if needed. Didn't use the pool as was out most days but seemed adequate enough for the hotel had we wanted to. Although is in shade late PM. Only attempted breakfast once, very basic and limited. Generally it was a comfortable stay, however you can hear everything in from the rooms around you, and clearly. It's not even muffled, I could literally have a conversation with the people in the room next to me from the bathroom had I wanted to. This was the only really big downside and would stop me from booking there again."
