"This is the only terrible experience I have had for so many years of traveling. The bathroom is leaking badly like fountain, the bath tub has the similar size as the one for dogs in North America. "Great location, beautiful lobby and helpful staff. Room is spacious and comfortable. Things that I don’t like: pillows are to soft and uncomfortable. Shower curtain smells. But overall, a very pleasant stay"

"Overall, this hotel offers decent value for money, especially considering its convenient location near Hakata Station. However, the room size is extremely small, even by Japanese standards. Space is very tight, and it is difficult to properly open or fit a suitcase, which can be quite inconvenient for travelers with luggage. The bathroom is also compact but functional. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable sewage smell in the bathroom, which made the experience less pleasant. Another downside is the lack of practical storage. There are no hooks to hang used towels, and no shelving or space to place clothes, which makes the stay less comfortable, especially for more than one night. In summary, it’s a budget-friendly option in a good location, but the limited space, lack of basic in-room facilities, and the bathroom odor may be a drawback for some travelers."
