"I really liked this hotel. It’s fairly new, clean and has great views. I especially enjoyed the thermal bath and the amenities. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. However it felt a little isolated from the cities nearby and it’s takes time ti get in and out with public transportation. But it’s a great location with a car!"

"We had a very wonderful 4 nights stay in Beppu Nagomi , with the price that’s very reasonable Beppu Nagomi exceeds our expectations, first it’s so close to the Beppu station. , 4 mins walk if you get the short cut way , nice and unique restaurants and coffee shop close by, the whole Place is very clean , large area complete with kitchen and dining area , comfortable beds , and the laundry inside the building is a plus , I highly recommend it to anyone going to Beppu "

"The view from the room was very nice, the room itself was very clean and quiet so I was able to have a peaceful and relaxing stay, though it would have been nice if it were a little more well lit, but overall very satisfactory. The meals provided were delicious, I was happy to be able to sample many different dishes and the service was amazing but the portion was a little too much for me, maybe half of what was provided would’ve been just perfect but nonetheless it was an amazing experience. "
