"初めて利用した民泊？だったのでいろいろと勝手がわからなかったです。タオルが100円と聞いていましたが、その受け取り方法がわからず、Expediaに夜中にメールして朝タオルをもってきて貰い、100円を払いました。その辺のやりかたを事前に教えて欲しかったです。沼津駅周辺は軒並み1万円超えで、この施設はありがたかったです。夜に入ったので部屋が寒くエアコンをつけて暖かくなりましたが、外の車の音や、結構寒く、朝カーテンを開けると窓が結構開いていてびっくりでした。でも風呂の備品などいろいろあり、洗濯もできるようなので、長期での使い勝手も良さそうです。ありがとうございました。"

Fuji is about 50 kilometers away and you can see it from a couple of train ride stops away whether permitting. On the other hand for customers with a certain age you may need to be prepared for slope climbing. 10/10 Excellent

"We only stayed a few nights, but the experience was so good I wish we'd stayed longer. First the location is amazing. A beautiful property up in the mountains surround by nature and beautiful sky be it day or night. The staff are super friendly from the minute you arrive they usher you in, help you get checked in, and do a thorough job of explaining the amenties and features of the hotel. The rooms are fantastic, offering a mix of traditional and modern Japanese living. The open air bath on the balcony is a gamechanger. We booked the room that included the dinner package and I would highly recommended it. The courses were fantastic one after another. Additionally breakfast is available and there's so much delicious food, I felt completely ruined for other hotels on my trip. And lastly what is so amazing about this hotel is just how peaceful and serene it is. The environment encourages slowing down, relaxing, and enjoying the tranquility of the Japanese landscape. I found myself going out on the balcony each morning, meditating or reading a book with the just the ambience for sound. I'm a director and writer and I've decided I'll be booking this hotel to work on a novel I'm writing. I felt so inspired and in such a flow state while staying here. If visiting Hakone this would be my top recommendation. Can't rave about it enough."

"The view gets 10 out of 10 but no humans on perimeter means you can’t ask someone whether your room had dinner included, no one answered when messaged and check in isn’t as simple as usually.. you had to submit pictures of each guest, take a picture of QR code , then when entered the room have to check in via video call ( personal aren’t Japanese, so I am worried about all our passport details being forwarded through people of foreign countries), they then want to see each guest’s face to match the passports. Very weird Room was clean, saw Mt.Fuji from our balcony. Had snacks provided ( in the fridge) and few drinks which was nice but not sure it was worth what we paid per night. Other hotels priced 1/2 of that and when you are out walking you get the same view. So not regretting but probably won’t be back"

"Walking into the lobby of this hotel was an amazing experience! After travelling on several rural roads to get there, we were suddenly transported into another world. Wide and spacious, not crowded. A place to relax and to take in the ambvience of it all. The staff were the best that we have encountered in a long time, and we were thinking to ourselves that this is the 'Hilton difference, the Hilton training'. Nothing much to say about the food, other than that it was very good, whatever we chose. In fact, I was pleasently suprised at how good it was. Onsen baths were as one would expect, but the swimming pool and the pool area for children are something to take your breath away. Don't forget, we are talking about the suburbs of Odawara. Surrounding the hotel are areas of natuaral green lawns, trees and pools. We saw tadpoles in one of the pools today! At the end of the day, there is not much that I can complain about, so well done Hilton. We will be back"
