"The experience was horrible from the start. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no electricity for one entire day of the stay, and there was no option for a refund. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. Obviously the electricity is something that is completely out of their hands, but every staff member that we encountered was highly unprofessional and rude. Very ghetto."
