"Front desk staff was professional and helpful. Cleaning lady was rude and gave us an attitude when asked to change out trash bags (we stayed 3 nights and did not request room cleaning besides this). One of the towels was dirty. Desk chair had nasty stains. Breakfast wasn’t the best for hotel of this price range. Hot water in the lobby had yellowish color. Hotel needs renovation/maintenance. Overall ok for the price. "

"Overall great stay near French Quarter and Canal St. of New Orleans. Good room quiet on the 23rd floor. Had 3 nights with family there and the location if the Westin was perfect People working there are very helpful. Valet staff all were great!"

"The free breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. Our balcony door was a pain. Had trouble opening it had trouble closing it had trouble locking it. Maid staff didn't speak English. Consignor Dave has very helpful "

"The staff was very nice. The room was comfortable. TV didn’t work so called front desk who ordered maintenance. I checked the cables and noticed one was not attached, so I got it working before maintenance came. The smoke detector dangled from the ceiling & didn’t appear operational. The morning we checked out, a roach crawled across our bed. "

"Parking was easy and free. The room and furniture was older but clean. The price was very reasonable. The IHOP next door was 24hr and came in handy. 10 min drive to French Quarter. "

"Overall a pleasant place to stay with adequate but aging rooms. Cleaning staff were not consistently friendly or thoughtful e.g. three of us in a room did not result in three towels or adequate coffee supplies, despite rooms only being cleaned upon 24 hour advance request. Free parking is appreciated and while there is no free breakfast the food service area is large and varied. No restaurant with staffed table service. Close to Tulane University, I would gladly return for what would be my fourth stay. March is usually too cold for the outdoor pool."
