"The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other peoples tables "

"The breakfast was great along with a wonderful staff. It was a perfect location, good ski room with boot heater/dryers for our stuff, and I loved the quaint village of Kirchberg. The only odd thing about the hotel room was the shower… a little learning curve not to get the entire space wet. But we figured it out. Would stay here again."

The quality was genuinely on par with Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve dined in, and we looked forward to every meal. The staff made our stay unforgettable — warm, professional, and always going above and beyond. "Wonderful hotel in perfect location —short walk to gondola, surrounded by restaurants — with spartan, clean rooms, an excellent wellness area, good ski storage lockers, and super helpful welcoming staff. The breakfast is terrific, with loads of choices including local pastries, and a great array of fresh fruit. A gem in every way. "

"Excellent property. Right on bus route for ski hills. Short walk into town with many restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. Easy to get to Kitzbuhel on bus as well. The storage room for equipment was incredible with boot warmers. Rooms were updated and clean. Pool was clean."
