Staff was incredible. Helped with any request we had. The shuttle service is great as you’re not walking to town unless you’re a mountaineer or in shape. Breakfast was phenomenal. I can’t express how great the staff is. Premium family apartment was perfect for the four of us.

Great hotel, great service.

The Romerhof hotel is actuelly a wing of the Tenerhof hotel, only rooms/restaurant located 50 meter apart from the main hotel facilities, but... the hotel was very very nice, starting from the welcoming, on to the perfect service from all the stuff (especially the shuttel driver (with the glasses) which was so friendly and helpful. The breakfest was very tasty and almost perfect, more vegtables are needed. the breakfest serivce was perfect. The spa is well equipped and maintained with elegance touch - we enjoyed it so much. A warmer hot tab will make the experience complete. The rooms are big and sparkling clean, if you are planning to use the sofa bed for an adult, ask for a matress topper in advance as it isn't comfortable enough without it. The hotel offers a very convienient ski room and shuttel to the main lifts. The Romerhof restaurant (there is another fine dining restaurant at the Tenerhof building) didn't meet my expectations, it was too pricy (10 euros for 750 cc bottle of water for example) and I didn't enjoy the Schnitzel. Overall it was a great stay and we will surely return if we"ll visit Kitzbuel again.

This was a beautiful property with amazing service. Perfect location with only a 10-15 minute walk to town. Hotel offered convenient ski shuttle daily. We stayed with two teenagers and it was perfect for us. A lot of space to spread out with a great wrap around deck with view of Kitzbuhel and KitzSki. Five star stay and will definitely be back. Thank you Tennerhof!

Vorspiegelung falscher Tatsachen

Ja wir waren der Meinung, dass wir im Tennerhof untergebracht sind und nicht im Römerhof. Der Römerhof ist rund 150 m von Tennerhof entfernt. Als Buchungsbestätigung haben wir „willkommen im Tennerhof“ erhalten. Es ist nicht lustig, zum Frühstück im Schneefall mit der Winterjacke und Winterstiefeln ins Freie gehen zu müssen und auch bei der Benützung des Wellnessbereich vorher und nachher wieder mit voller Kleidung ins Freie gehen zu müssen. Noch dazu haben wir für 5 Nächte Runde € 4.500,00 bezahlt. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und werden den Tennerhof nie mehr wieder besuchen. Liebe Grüße Familie Schoder

Wunderschönes Apartement, sehr sauber und wir durften alle Annehmlichkeiten vom Hotel Tennerhof wie Pools, Spa-Bereich, Sauna....mitbenützen. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal! Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und kein Wunsch wurde verwehrt.

Ich habe gar nichts zu beanstanden. Ich hatte ein schönes großes und gemütliches Zimmer. Das Frühstück wird unweit im dazugehörigen Tennerhof Gourmet & Spa Hotel serviert. An der Rezeption, die sich ebenfalls im Tennerhof befindet, wurde ich sehr freundlich empfangen. Bei der Abreise gab es noch ein Give Away, das aus Wasser, Obst und selbst gemachter Marmelade bestand auf den Weg. Falls ich nochmals ein paar Tage in Kitzbühel verbringen sollte, werde ich wieder im Landsitz Römerhof reservieren!

Lovely hotel

This is a fantastic hotel and the staff are brilliant. It's a wonderful place. Two negatives. Firstly a small one; what wasn't really clear on the website was that the Romerhof is actually just an annex to the Hotel Tenerhof. That wasn't a problem for us as the weather was good but the novelty of walking the 100 yards up to the spa in our dressing gowns would have worn off if it was raining. Secondly, the only thing that really disappointed me in the whole week was the restaurant in the romerhof. I don't mind paying €170 for three people for food (even if two of them are teenagers) but for that price it has to be a little bit special. It wasn't and the wine was just plain overpriced. Bottom line is that it was a meal I'd have only paid €100 in town and I wouldn't recommend it unless money really is no object for you. But don't let that put you off staying in the Romerhof. Everything else was fabulous. I'd really recommend it and I'd love to stay there again.

Wunderschönes Appartement mit Blick ins Grüne

Wir verbrachten ein wunderschönes langes Wochenende im Römerhof mit dem bei weitem besten Frühstücksbuffet das ich jemals in einem Hotel vorgefunden habe. Qualitativ hochwertig, regional, abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war stets und durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr aufmerksam! Bis demnächst!

Потрясающий отель! Для семьи нет ничего лучше, уборка быстрая ,качественная! Девочки умницы, всегда успевали в наше 20 минутное отсутсвие, не навязчиво,инкогнито) все для кухни,таблетки для посудомоки и кофемашины,соль,переу,сахар,посуда,терка,губки,не нужно бежать сломя голову на след.день. Прекрасный трансфер до подъемника,СПА,бассейн. Завтраки мои любимые,ягоды,брют,меню из 15 наименовай,если что -то Вам не хватило на шведском столе.Мы в восторге!

Great mountain apartment style hotel

Wonderful apartment style rooms in true mountain style. The hotel is operated by the next door Relais & Chateaux hotel and guests have access to their great pool and spa area.
