Really great luxury family hotel in the Alps

We spent 4 nights in a panoramic family suite and it was really great. The room was lovely and the balcony and views were spectacular. The buffet breakfast and the cocktail bar were fantastic. The swimming pool and spa were really great for the whole family. Overall a great stay and we highly recommend this hotel.

The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other peoples tables

Great stay at the foot of the Alps. Staff was very kind and their local shuttle was really convenient. 2 train stations in town made it really easy to come and go for more exploring. 2 restaurants and a bar on-site and the pool/spa provided everything we needed for our 3 night stay.

The staffs were friendly. Hotel facilities are top notch. Food services was excellent. Everything was near perfect except the Ski Shop in hotel. I understand the hotel may just leased the build to ski shop and the shop may not be a part hotel at all, but it doesn't match with hotel standards. The skis were outdated, no high end skis even they claimed they had, and didn't allow you return rental ski early for any reason. We did many many ski trips in Austria Alps this is the first ski shop has this kind ridiculous policy. Try to avoid The hotel Ski Shop. You can rent ski at Ski Resort at better brands, better price, and NEW skis.
