"I wish we could choose the floor we wanted to be on. Theres no way to choose our rooms. We are 4 elderly ladies and could have used the extra room to have had moved around in. But overall we did have a great time at this location. Some rooms get garage parking while othets get street parking. Parking close to the Marbella is not always possible. Again the deck was very nice, we met some very nice people. Trevor the property manager was very nice. We did a lot of walking to get familiar with the location. So nice!!"

"Check-in was crazy. Only one staff who was about to cry because the key card machine wasn’t working so she had to let us and other guests in manually among other things. She was the only staff working for her first time doing a harder shift as she explained. I felt bad for her but we also had a hard day and just wanted to have a nice relaxing night stay. It wasn’t the case. The pillows were older and not comfortable. The AC was made a loud noise when it came on. We had to pick up a room key in the morning. Also, at breakfast, the juice and water machine wasn’t working."

"The parking lot was very quiet on Saturday night, with less than 10 cars. The reception area had a large moldy wall and looked poorly maintained. My room was in a separate old one-story building. It had an old smell, stained carpet, damaged walls, and broken baseboards. I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot and kept my shoes on most of the time. Around 11 p.m., I could clearly hear neighbors talking loudly outside. I also felt itchy during the night and was worried something might be on the bed. The next morning, my car tire was flat, and I found a piece of cutter blade in the tire. I did not feel this was a comfortable or safe place to stay. I left at 6 a.m., and it ruined my plans for the whole day. I would not recommend staying here."
