"We absolutely loved our stay here! The property was gorgeous, with its retro 70s style 2-story condos, nature trails leading across a meadow and sand dunes to the ocean, and a beautiful creek to kayak on. The natural landscape of the resort is so precious and rare. The resort had an outdoor pool, hot tub and even a sauna!! There was also a game room and places to bbq, plus a fire pit . We made sure to use all the amenities (all were free) and had a blast. I’ve also never met more helpful hotel staff. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I’m actually still shocked that this place exists and at such an affordable rate too. I highly recommend Surfcrest resort to anyone looking to stay in the area and I would come back again in a heartbeat! "

"It’s definitely old school style hotel at the beach but even with age they have kept everything very nice. The only complaint I think I have were the mattresses were very worn out and uncomfortable. Other than that We loved our stay here. The staff were nice, thoughtful, and helpful."

"The hotel was built in 1995 wich makes it 29 years old. That being said no rill up keep or upgrades made the beds and all the furniture are old the oly new thing is the one tv the other was from the 90s"

"Elevator down, pool and hot tub down. But Tammy the fd manager was the BEST and I dudnt mi d taking the stairs at all. But Expedia should have made this aware and not make it so hard to book. Expedeia did not have working number,but thanks to email fromTammy, she Saved the entire trip! She deserves a raise and promotion."

"Loved cottage. Deck needed de mossed/cleaned up. Table& chairs outside too low for elderly.Toilet low also, as others reported. I tried washer/dryer combo- hated it. Took forever for a few things. Broken outside doorstop. For my needs, the toilet was hardest to do. Deck didnt matter this time. I will do these cottages again. I know what to expect now. Easy parking right outside door. Nicely decorated & clean. "
