"As is typical for Oberammergau inflated prices taking advantage of the NATO school transient population, this hotel is no exception, rather the poster child for under performing and customer service. Wifi is HORRID, and I was blamed for the issue. NATO has two official languages, French and English. TV offerings at this hotel were Deutsch, Deutsch, Deutsch, a few French and Italian and 3 English news channels (2 financial and BBC world). Iin other words it was, along with the Wifi, horrible. "Beautiful older hotel- very well kept. Great view of the mountains from our balcony. Sat there relaxing enjoying a beer! Staff and breakfast were wonderful. Close walk to train station and Zugspitze Bahn. Has a pool sauna and steam room but we just stayed 2 nights so no time to use them but they looked excellent. We plan to come back next year and stay longer. We highly recommend Wittelsbacher Hof"
