"Air conditioner was great. The room spotless."

"The was not overly clean. Sheet covers had dirt marks on them. The worst part was the toilet was filthy! Towels in the bathroom were minimal."

"Yes breakfast was good, parking was easy,staff was great, house keeping was very fast to deliver extra towels as needed. Room was clean, but only thing we're dissatisfied with was the air conditioning wasn't cold enough. "

"Location is great just 15 minutes walk to the beach and close to shops, food trucks etc. Breakfast was good. One thing they can improve is elevator. Too few elevators for this huge building. Overall great experience."

"Liked the location, easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Nice breakfast which is rare in the area. It was our 50th wedding anniversary and they gave us each a beautiful, lei with fresh flowers smelled so good. It meant a lot to us. My husband fell during the night, I called the front desk, they had the first responders there so fast, the EMS wasn’t far behind. They took him to the hospital. Several employees asked how he was doing and asked if I needed anything. What a way to spend the beginning of our trip like this but the Hyatt Place staff were so kind to us. We’d recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Honolulu. Thanks again…"
