"预订服务不满意！在网上预订的是大床房，因为到店时间原因联系前台变更联系人电话，前台先说不知道好订网，好不容易查到了预订信息，变更了联系人电话，到店后又说没有接到电话要求变更联系人，又说没有大床房，还说网站上大床房预定早已关闭。这次入住体验非常差！"
