"First time booking a single room and it's more cramped than the average Motel 6 room, but still a clean good night's sleep when it counts. There's even a manual hidden in one of the shelves if you need further info about the room. Arrived around 11pm and staff is still available via lobby phone. Location is also great, as it is a short walk from a rotunda of late night restaurants, convenience stores, and the train station itself"

"About 8 minutes walk from the station. The sign on the roof saying “Toyoko Inn” is not easily seen."

"The girls at the front desk were incredibly helpful and polite. They assisted us multiple times with directions and helped us find specific places we were looking for. The room was very clean, and they provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is in a great location — just 2 minutes from Higashi-Jujo Station and about 7 minutes from Jujo Station, which made getting around very easy. Thank you again! We would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Beds were not comfortable. Staff didn’t let me have 30 min late checkout. Same breakfast everyday- we were there for 6 nights and all we ate was croissant."
