"Home away from home. Love the room, very clean, pillows great and the bed comforter also. Room temperature is perfect. Love the deep bath tub and the water strong. Staff super friendly, cookies great spa water coffee tea popcorn. Everything is here. Dont look anywhere else. Excellent service. 5 star"

"We’ve stayed at the hotel before and it is great place to stay. Hotel staff is the best and super clean and welcoming. The rooms are a bit outdated with small bathroom, but everything needed is available either in room or quick call. Great place to stay for a warm bed to sleep and feel safe in the city. "

"We had an excellent experience. The staff was very kind and helped us with suggestions on where to eat and how to get around. Right in front of the hotel is the bus stop that takes you to the Golden Gate, and everything is close by. The airport pickup was a bit confusing since the pickup point is at the hotel across the street called Riu. Overall, we found everything lovely. We’re coming back in July and will stay here again."
