The first disappointment was the lack of basic amenities in the room. I donât mean extras like an iron or coffee maker, but true essentials such as shampoo and conditioner. When I called the front desk, they confirmed that only soap is provided. For a hotel that presents itself as a 3-star, this is simply unacceptable.
