Just about everything was fine....staff was friendly....room / bathroom were clean / functional, bed was comfortable, room had enough conveniently-located outlets for laptop, phone charging, etc., gym was adequate, breakfast was well laid-out and tasty.....If I had to give them a "demerit", it would be that the room could have used more than just large towels - i.e., a couple hand towels and wash cloths would have been appreciated....an otherwise "5" gets knocked down to a "4.5" or "4.6" accordingly.

Quarto muito sucateado, havia um buraco na parede do quarto, o "ar condicionado" só funciona conforme a recepção define (ou ele é ar frio para todos ou ele é ar quente para todos). Quando reclamamos, foi oferecido um ventilador. Café da manhã ok, faltam opções salgadas. Porta do quarto estava emperrando no piso e fronha estava suja.
