"On the 4th day our room wasn't cleaned. I phoned the manager button on the phone and no one got back to me. I told the front desk about what happened when we checked out and they said I should have phoned the front desk instead. It would be helpful if that note would be put in "one's" room somewhere that if there is a problem to phone the front desk."

"It was a business trip. The staff were very friendly and the location is great. The privacy is a challenge with units facing the same court yard and each other. A darker roll of blinds would help with sleep."
