"The staff & hotel room were great. We were greeted with very friendly & accommodating front desk staff. My husband & I were happily surprised with a room upgrade...thank you ANDAZ! Only 2 negatives about our stay; we had a little hiccup with the AC, that being said room is floor to ceiling windows and it was the hottest day of the summer; 2nd parking isn't most convenient, there is valet$$$ & drop-off your luggage available with parking down the street. Location of hotel is great."
