"We always enjoy staying at the Crowne Plaza Manila and have become repeat visitors because our children love how conveniently it’s connected to the mall. The location makes it easy for our family to shop, dine, and relax without having to travel far.
Our room was clean and comfortable overall. We did notice a cockroach on the nightstand one evening, which was unfortunate, but aside from that, everything else went smoothly during our stay.
One small suggestion would be regarding breakfast. We felt that the breakfast buffet at the Holiday Inn on the opposite side offered a better layout and seemed to have a wider selection of Filipino dishes. It would be great to see more local options at the Crowne Plaza as well.
Overall, we had another pleasant stay and appreciate the friendly service and convenience the hotel offers. Thank you, and we look forward to returning again in the future."
