"Lovely and ideal family stay with en suite, nice bedroom and close to tube station for travelling into London"

"Very good quick service had a lovely stay"

"We loved Ferrum! It’s a close location to Wembley Stadium and near a ton of grocery stores and restaurants. We also traveled from the airport to the hotel and the train dropped us right across the street, which is a huge plus!! Everyone was so nice to us and the description on the listing when we booked matched exactly what was said. Didn’t even realize with the full kitchen we got everything we needed to cook, which is a huge plus if you want to stay in and cook a meal"

"Some renovation on the room wouldnt hurt, staff is extremly kind and helpul, breakfast ist exellent!"

"Great staff at reception and made checking in and out very easy and smooth. Very nice and modern building with great links for transport."

"Parking was a bonus. Staff were helpful. Perfect location for Wembley."

"Ideal location for Wembley stadium, outlet, and restaurants. Close to lots of transport options too."

"The rooms are spacious and clean. The curtains in living room were torn but only noticeable when drawing curtains open. Location is excellent especially if attending a venue at Wembley Stadium. Staff was courteous and welcoming. It was a bit pricey for the four days we stayed though. Otherwise, everything was great."

"Clean rooms, exactly as described. Had a slight issue upon checking in but was resolved immediately."

"Hotel apparently doesnt exist on hotels.com even though we booked it throigh them, have the confirmation and paid in full. When we arrived, no record of our booking and they were fully booked!! Very stressful, expensive and unnessessary. Cant comment on the inside as never got that far!!"

"Very convenient and walking distance to Wembley stadium, the trains, dining and shopping"

"Very disappointing experience. There was no communication from the property before arrival despite five attempts to contact them. We arrived at 5:15pm, well after the 3pm check-in time, yet two people were still in the property washing up and cleaning. Had we arrived at 3pm, the property clearly would not have been ready.
