"Destinee…no words to describe how great she is. I was traveling from California and still had 4 hrs to go before hitting my stop at the hotel. I booked through Expedia but the app changed the dates when I booked somehow. Destinee made sure I had a place to stay as I got help from Expedia. It was a wonderful welcome back home to Texas. The rest of the staff was equally welcoming and kind. I had driven for 2 days. It touched my heart to be treated with such kindness when I was so tired.
