We got back to our room at 10 pm and our air conditioner was not working at all. We had called on this In the morning before we left for our excursions. That day period when we call the front desk to tell them that it still was not working. And our room was over 80 some degrees. They told us there was nothing they could do about it tonight. So we asked them if they could bring his fans, and they said they had none available. We told them that we needed to be moved to another room. And they said there was nothing available, so we told them we wanted to speak with their manager and they said there was none on duty and we told them we need to get somebody on the phone now . In the meantime, we also called Marriott's 1 800 number and low and befooled. They got us upgraded to another room that had a working air conditioner, but prior to that, the front desk told us that if we wanted, they would refund our money for that night's stay and we could go find another hotel at eleven p m when it was all said and done. This hotel promised to give us cop nights via bonvoy points in vaccine. Anything on our account in the state was in march.
