"Clean room"

"Checked in but saw the room and immediately asked for a refund and found a new hotel. Place reeked of weed and cigarettes. Holes in the wall. White neon lighting, one of the lights didn't even work. Small room, stains on the bedsheets. The place felt like a prison cell. "

"Room was super clean, staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is there was some kind of event for high schoolers this weekend it was still pretty loud after 10 pm but otherwise my stay was great! Will definitely be back "

"Room was decently clean. Stay was not good due to horrible internet service and the streaming services on the TV was not working. When I asked about the streaming service, the front desk agent was very sarcastic in saying that "it's not going to get fixed tonight" which I did not find funny at all. The TV had just a limited amount of channels. The room also need better lighting. However, the shower was awesome with good water pressure. Overall, my stay was very disappointing which is not what I expected from a Marriott property. Ray"

"Staff not really concerned with an item I left behind. Was told to call back. Asked if they could make a note as it’s an obvious item that could have picked up on my way back home. Was told just to call back. When I did another employee took my number but never called back to follow up. Stayed at holiday inn all over and many many times. May not return. "

"We had a room near the pool and the pool was suppose to close at 9... no one left the pool until 12:30am.... it was very loud and couldn't sleep "

"The breakfast area was small and not well stocked. I didn't see anyone actively wiping down tables or restocking items. I had booked 2 rooms. The first room was fine. The second room was down the hall a little bit and unfortunately someone in another room was smoking marijuana which permeated into the hallway and their room. They decided to find another hotel. The front desk staff was sympathetic and I was issued a refund for the second room. I don't blame the hotel for the disrespectful behavior of its patrons; they did the right thing."

"Exercise room had good mix of equipment, pool and hot tubs hours were accessible, room was clean. Dining room area is comfy. Love that fireplace!"
