"It’s a little challenging to find the main entrance. Not your typical large overhang with big glass doors. I was on the 4th floor. 20 minutes into my stay, both elevators were put out of service. They stayed out of service for the duration of my stay. Nobody even showed up to fix them. Not easy with a bad knee. The other problem is the stairs only lead directly outside, not to the lobby. So the exterior door was propped open all night, allowing access to the entire hotel by anyone walking by. No security at all. The place looked nice, but there is no pressure in the showers. It was the worst I ever experienced. It was literally just dripping. No flow at all. As far as the breakfast, it’s very limited. They had croissants, but they were as hard as rocks. I tried toasting them…no good. I guess they ran out of eggs, I only saw a couple of hard boiled. Someone asked for scrambled and were told no. Overall, nice looking, newer place, but forget showering, forget breakfast, and book a lower floor."

"Floor was dirty while there were spider webs in the corner of the rooms. Hallways did not smell that good."

"The room was really nice. My window was east facing, and a decent amount of sun still got through even with the heavy curtain. But I'm an early riser anyway. The doors to the rooms are pretty loud, and a lot of guests aren't conscious of closing them slowly, and the inner doors of the hotel (bathroom, etc) and really strange and take some used to opening and closing if you're locking them. The continental breakfast was what you'd expect, but the gym and pool were both very nice and clean looking. The location is also very good"

"We loved the breakfast and the Wednesday night welcome home reception dinner was a great surprise. With three teenage boys the free food was well appreciated! The room was a little smaller than it seemed in the pictures, but it was great for our needs. The pool and hot tub were great. The only real miss was one of the beds had sand between the sheets on our first night for some reason. Kinda gross! Otherwise a good stay."
