"Best place to stay near Canberra Central"

"The listing stated “Free Parking” unfortunately it didn’t state that the “parking” wasn’t within their parking area. Had to find street parking a few blocks away. Thankfully the “free parking” was applicable on a weekend (which is when we were booked in), otherwise you would have to move your car every 4-hours if your stay was within the Monday-Friday period. When I asked about the parking that was listed on the site, I was told they didn’t have any parking, even though there clearly was a Sebel parking area. Other than that, room was clean and exactly what was listed. Location was great for what we had planned for our Canberra visit. I would encourage contacting the Sebel Campbell directly to see if a parking space is available if you are requiring one before booking. Good range of places to eat if you want to eat out. "

"Good value for money. Essentially it’s a university hall of residence with hotel rooms. Not everyone’s cup of tea but fine for me. Clean and practical rooms with a clean shared bathroom and shared kitchenette. Is on the streetcar line to the city centre. I would stay here again."

"The shower was the worst - The water temperature had no consistency, it was just going between hot and cold non-stop. One of the bed covers had what looked like a cigarette burn in it And I would suggest bringing your own pillows. Other than that, the place was fine, room was very dark which we appreciated, it was clean enough too."

"Everything was great! Guys on front desk were amazing - nothing was a hassle and very glad to help where they could. The only thing is parking with a tall 4WD can be tricky as high ceiling spots are quite limited. "
